A Vertical Integrated System is a business strategy used by a manufacturer to expand production operations. The manufacturer owns several suppliers or distributors, each of which offer a different product or service within the supply chain. Together, they combine to satisfy a common need. Vertical Integration is used to reduce production costs, and transportation costs, reduce transportation costs; shorten turnaround and lead times, increase efficiency and promote competitiveness.
Over the past two decades, Kukdong has been using new technology to develop MEXMODE's Vertical Integrated system. As a result, we have been able to reduce the time between all of its supply chain processes. This is an important achievement, as it has shortened the response time for the production of orders once they are received from the customer. The overall lead time is now 60 days.
